Hadith: Biwi ke huquq

Muawiyah al-Qushayr ny arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam hamare upar hamari biwi ka kya haq hai? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ye ke jab tum khao to usse bhi khilao, jab pehanu ya kamao to usse bhi pehnau chehre par na maaro, bura bhala na kaho, aur ghar ke ilawa is se judai ikhtiyar na karo.

Narrated Muawiyah al-Qushayri: Muawiyah asked: Messenger of Allah, what is the right of the wife of one of us over him? He replied: That you should give her food when you eat, clothe her when you clothe yourself, do not strike her on the face, do not revile her or separate yourself from her except in the house.

میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! ہمارے اوپر ہماری بیوی کا کیا حق ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ کہ جب تم کھاؤ تو اسے بھی کھلاؤ، جب پہنو یا کماؤ تو اسے بھی پہناؤ، چہرے پر نہ مارو، برا بھلا نہ کہو، اور گھر کے علاوہ اس سے جدائی ۱؎ اختیار نہ کرو
